OUR RANGE Our range of wines comprises all the native vines of South Tyrol. At the moment our production is split between 80 % red wine and 20 % white wine. When plantin new vines, we concentrate on the internationally famous varieties such as Blauburgunder, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, but with out neglecting the native varieties such as Weissburgunder, Gewürztraminer, Vernaccia and Lagrein. Our wines are good match for the local cuisine and our principal markets are the federal Republic of Germany, Austria and Switzer¬ land as. Only our best wines are put into 75 cl bottles. Quantities vary from vintage to vintage but range between 600,000 and 700,000 bottles. An important concern for us is finding the right position in the market place for our products. You will find our wines in good and superior quality restaurants. Our special selections are reserved mainly for the finest of restaurants, wine bars and specialised wine retailers.
