Südtiroler Gewürztraminer

Sunny vineyards on slopes 450 to 500 m above sea level, and loamy, chalky, gravelly soil, guarantee the development of grapes full of aroma. A gentle pressing, natural cellaring and controlled fermentation are the basis of this brilliant topaz-colored wine. Aromas of roses and linden blossom, cinnamon and mint invite the drinker to try more of this charming wine. Smooth and harmonious on the palate, the wine seduces with an aromatic, spicy finish.

This wine is captivating as an aperitif, or to accompany shrimp or ocean fish, Asian cuisine, turkey paté, or risotto.
