Cantina Kaltern’s winecenter is a striking landmark on the Wine Road, greeting visitors as they enter the village. Its monolithic, sculptural form blends a timeless aesthetic with the spirit of this historic wine village, creating a harmonious dialogue between the modern structure and the original winery building from 1906. Nestled between them lies a welcoming courtyard, perfect for lingering. Inside, the winecenter offers an exquisite selection of wines from Caldaro and regional delicacies from Alto Adige. It also serves as a stage for cultural events and the arts, making it a place where wine, culture, and community come together.

The winecenter is well known for its great wine selection, including sparkling wines. Now, the Winecenter has been enhanced with a whole new range of 200 products from PUR Südtirol. The products are made 100% in Alto Adige and range from pasta to dried fruit and from fruit juices to speck. Make sure to visit us the next time you’re in Caldaro and discover for yourself the tasty delicacies!
The merger of the two wineries in Kaltern necessitated major building work. In keeping with the goal of preserving the historic structure of the Jubiläumskellerei, built in 1908, a new and modern winery was constructed that nestles alongside its ancestor and creates a bridge between the past and the future. Inside the winery, innovation and traditional working methods go hand in hand, with state-of-the-art cellar technology combined with the laws of nature — such as using gravity instead of pumps.
