From grape to wine

Fermentation occurs partially spontaneously at temperatures between 19 and 21 °C. The wine then ages on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for six months before being filtered and bottled in April.

The wine in the glass

– bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
– expressive aromas of grapefruit, apple, and melon.
– harmonious balance between fruity notes and a refreshing acidity

The perfect accompaniment

This wine is perfect as a refreshing aperitif and pairs beautifully with light summer salads, delicate appetizers, aromatic vegetable dishes, and fine fish courses.
