Daniele Cernilli and Dario Capelloni are the wine critics of the Italian wine guide "Doctor Wine". This guide rates the wines with the 100 point system. All wines with 95 points or more receive the highest award "Faccino" - this means that the Doctor Wine gives these wines its "face". Just like last year, we were happy to receive this award for Quintessenz Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva in the 2021 edition. In addition, the Quintessenz Passito 2016 achieved very good 92 points.
